Team coaching provides a rare space for start-up mission driven organisations or teams within larger organisations for dialogue, connection and reflection and to develop more effective, impactful, joyous and rewarding ways of working together.

As with all anâhata’s coaching I coach the whole person, from a holistic perspective, respecting a client’s wishes and boundaries. What is brought to the session is determined by the client.
How it works:
Initial contracting with leadership team
Initial 1:1 meet with each team member
Minimum 3 team sessions
Norm 6 team sessions
Over 3-6 months
90 mins – 2 hour sessions
Goal setting for the coaching if desired
Use of frameworks for specific outcomes if desired
Evaluation of coaching
Feedback
Cost agreed during consultation
